Trobell International Nigeria Limited (Trobell) is an indigenous company that was legally incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies Act of 1968 on June 17, 1987. The principal focus of Trobell is on delivering professional consultancy services in Oil and Gas sector which includes but not limited to Pre-Shipment and Destination Inspection of Crude oil and physical goods (Cargo) inspection, Fabrication, Infrastructural Development and General Contracting Services in Nigeria.
Trobell was first appointed a Crude Oil Pre-Shipment Inspection Agent (PIA) by the Federal Ministry of Finance under the Nigerian Export Supervision Scheme (NESS) which was established by the Pre-Shipment Act No. 10 of 1996 on June 7, 2013 to inspect, determine and certify the Quality and Quantity as well as verify the Price of Crude Oil being exported from the Nigerian export terminals allocated to it.
It is pertinent to mention that in addition to other numerous contracts Trobell has successfully completed, Trobell has successfully completed Five (5) Cycles of the Crude Oil Pre-Shipment Inspection spanning over 104 months (8 and half years) and still running.
Having successfully and satisfactorily completed the first term of One (1) year contract, our principal has renewed the contract on periodic and temporary basis. These renewals have thus far staggered around months. We have hitherto successfully executed these contracts and rendered all our reports flawlessly. Currently, Trobell is still rendering services of Crude Oil Pre-shipment Inspection at the terminals allotted to it by the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning while awaiting the general routine contract renewal. The company’s leading workforce is a team of highly experienced professionals with more than 100 years combined experiences in related line of business. Trobell applies cutting edge information management technologies to optimize services to its client. Some of such systems independently acquired by Trobell are: customization and deployment of Pre-Shipment Inspection and Documentation System (PIDS) for Crude Oil Inspection with a service level agreement signed with the software developer “Barian Systems Limited”, S & P Global Platts (agreement and evidence of annual subscriptions), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certified among many other unique organisational innovative development Trobell has achieved.
